Inside sales representative



The Inside Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle for Tier 3 customers in the upholstery divisions of Global Textile Alliance. This includes scheduling appointments, online product presentations, generating leads, and following up on customer needs. KEY


• Work alongside sales team associates to prospect and grow new upholstery business for Tier 3 accounts.
• Develop strong customer and partner relationships with upholstery customers via email, phone and in-person meetings during bi-annual shows.
• Prospect new accounts and grow customer base.
• Cold call potential customers for sales team, and coordinate introductions and meetings with appropriate salesperson.
• Support customer service when needed.
• Assist internal departments in order fulfillment (customer service, sample-making, shipping, and accounting).
• Handle customer complaints and collaborate with quality and manufacturing department to resolve problems.
• Attend sales meetings to exchange ideas and methods that support sales goals and other company objectives.
• Provide market-based feedback regarding new product and sales opportunities.
• Represent the company twice per year at trade shows (or as needed) to maintain customer relations, market new products, and establish new relationships.
• Assist customer service entering market sample orders when needed.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (but not required); preferably in Business, Marketing, or Textiles.
• Some sales experience preferred.
